RIDEAU CROSSFIT

Rideau CrossFit has teamed up with the Tim Horton’s Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival to provide a warm-up area for athletes competing on the water. Rideau CrossFit will have KayakPro Dragonboat Ergometers set-up on site next to staging. Stop by the tent and give the ergs a try!
