The Ottawa Dragon Boat Race Festival provides a lucrative opportunity for Artisans, Vendors, Exhibitors and Concessionaires to sell or feature their products and services. Our demographic of 25 - 55 year old mid-to-upper income earners provides a key target for the sales and marketing of a wide range of items.

Every year, Artisans, Vendors, Exhibitors and Concessionaires return to the Festival touting it as one of the strongest events in the Nation’s Capital, providing tangible results. Every year we add new companies to the list and we are proud to offer such a strong marketing opportunity to businesses in the area. Spaces at the Festival range from 10 x 10 to 40 x 40 and historically they have sold out well in advance of the event.

All Concessions must meet the Ottawa Public Health requirements for food services at special events. Please read these documents carefully, fill out the application, and fax it to the Ottawa Public Health office as soon as possible after applying. Each event in which a concessionaire participates requires a separate Health application. Concessionaires are responsible for contacting the Bylaw department themselves to secure a license to operate, if they do not already have one for 2008.

Please remember that there is no water on site and supply of it is your own responsibility. The Festival provides power as outlined in the application forms above.
