TIM HORTONS OTTAWA DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL UNVEILS CHAMPIONSHIP LINEUP OF FREE CONCERTS FEATURING HEADLINERS HALF MOON RUN, ALAN DOYLE, JESS MOSKALUKE, AND USS

Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival, running June 20th to 23rd, is proud to announce the 2019 lineup presented by the Rideau Carleton Casino. Headliners for the four-day festival are Half Moon Run (20th), Alan Doyle (21st), Jess Moskaluke (22nd), and USS (23rd).

The best part? Admission is free for all the performances. The free concerts will take place at Mooney’s Bay each evening of the festival, set in the natural beauty of the park, on the Rideau Carleton Casino Hillside Stage. Joining the headliners will be Jacquie Neville and Vile Bodies (20th), Jane’s Party and Basic White (21st), Sacha, and The Dill (22nd), and Dubé and Trails (23rd).

Every year, both public and participants enjoy the free all age shows in addition to a variety of activities including Chinese Lion Dancers, RCAF Pipes and Drums, fantastic obstacle course from OCR Acadamy, axe throwing from BATL Grounds, volleyball, tai chi, OC (Outrigger Canoe) and SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) races and demonstrations, and so much more including a massive play ground (North America’s largest) for the young and young at heart.

Not to be outdone, the festival features exhilarating non-stop racing featuring 5,000 competitors in community, corporate, and competitive divisions, making it the largest dragon boat festival in North America!
