Race Format Finalized
The race format for the 2012 Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival will vary slightly from the past few years in order to continue to grow and excite paddlers!
2012 Race Format
Saturday's race schedule will include two 500m races.
The top 75 mixed teams and top 24 women's teams will advance to Sunday where they will compete in three additional races - one 100m final, one 200m final and one 500m final.
The Charity Challenge Cup Races for the top 16 fundraising teams will be held on Friday night (teams will be confirmed using the ONLINE Pledge Challenge standings at the deadline of 4:00pm on Thursday, June 21st).
